CCS is now eligible to receive Educational Freedom Account funding through Arkansas LEARNS. For the 2024-2025 school year the program will be open to students with disabilities, homeless students, foster students, first time kindergarteners, students currently participating in the Succeed Scholarship program, children of active duty military personnel, and students enrolled in the previous school year in F-rated public schools or Level 5 Intensive Support school districts. It also applies to military (active or retired), police officers, and first responders, and D-rated public schools.
If any of the above apply to your household, then you are eligible for a LEARNS Educational Freedom Account (link below) regardless of income. This application should be filled out in addition to the CCS student application. CCS student enrollment fees must still be paid to process your application regardless of scholarship status. Also, please note that CCS does not have a special education program at this time.
CCS also has income based scholarships available. These scholarships are provided externally and CCS has no influence over the selection process. We would encourage you to apply for both income based scholarships below to increase your opportunity to receive funds, although you cannot "stack" scholarships. If you were to be awarded multiple scholarships, you could then choose the scholarship program that best fits the needs of your family. Each scholarship program has its own application window that is separate from the CCS application. These applications should be filled out in addition to the CCS student application. CCS student enrollment fees must still be paid to process your application regardless of scholarship status.
